Please read this brief guide. Confirmation of a booking by the Client is deemed acceptance of these terms.
In these terms of business, the expression ‘Eleanna Villas’ means the hotel operated by. ‘Client’ means the person, firm or company making a booking or staying at Eleanna Villas. These terms apply to all bookings, except to the extent that specific terms apply for a particular booking.

Prices

All published rates are quoted in Euro and include VAT (and local taxes) at the current rate. Accommodation rates are per villa per night.

Availability

In the rare case that Eleanna Villas cannot accept a booking, in the case of an act of God (strike, war, etc.), Eleanna Villas will do its utmost to find alternative accommodation for the Client, but will not be held responsible if this is not possible.

Bookings

Payment must be made by a major credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express are accepted).

Arrival & Departure

Check-In: 15:00
Check-Out: 11:00
Early check-in and late check-out are free of charge and depend on availability.

Cancellations, Amendments & Non-Arrivals

Cancellations: More than 60 days before arrival – No Fee;
Less than 60 days before arrival – 50% of the total booking will be charged;

Non-Arrival: 100% of the total booking will be charged.

Amendments: To amend your booking, simply contact us via e-mail. Cancellation charges may apply.

Payment

An advanced payment of 50% of the total amount needs to be transferred to our bank account, 60 days before arrival. The remaining balance is due for payment with cash or card, on presentation of the invoice at checkout.

Car Parking

Eleanna Villas does not accept responsibility for damage to, or for theft from, or for theft of vehicles parked on our premises.

Insurance

Clients are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.

Children

Infants and children under 6 years old stay free, subject to villa capacity. Please enter requests for extra child-beds and/or cots, noting the age of the child, in the comments box when making a booking request. A baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability. An extra bed is available for an additional charge of €30.00.

Dogs & Other Pets

Pets are accepted solely at the discretion of Eleanna Villas. If you wish to travel with your pet, please check in advance. The Client is responsible for controlling the pet and will be liable for any damage or injury, however caused by the pet.

Please be aware that European countries have special limitations and controls on the cross border movement of most animals and birds.

Behaviour

Eleanna Villas reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behavior of Clients, guests or representatives, who must take all steps for corrective action as requested by the property manager. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, Eleanna Villas may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation.

Discrimination

It is the policy of Eleanna Villas not to discriminate on the grounds of race, colour, nationality, creed, sex, marital status, age, ethnic origin or disability. Clients, their employees, guests and all subcontractors engaged by or on behalf of the Client are expected to adhere to this policy and the property manager may, without incurring any liability to the Client, remove from the premises any person or persons offending against this policy.

Liability
Other than for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Eleanna Villas, the liability to the Client is limited to the price of the booking. Unless Eleanna Villas is liable under the above clause, the Client indemnifies Eleanna Villas from and against any and all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages resulting or arising from the booking, event or function, the Client, guests or any outside contractors of the Client.

Eleanna Villas will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control.

Eleanna Villas does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, vehicles parked on the hotel premises.

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect of the Clients, their guests or subcontractors and will pay to Eleanna Villas on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.

Data Protection
The information provided by the Client may be processed by for the purposes it has notified to the Information Commissioner. By confirming the booking, the Client consents to this processing of the information.

Dispute
These terms will be construed in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek Common Law in the courts of Crete in the respect of any dispute that you may have relating to such goods or services as aforesaid.
